At what time can we check in?

Check in time is 3 pm. If you arrive earlier and your room is not ready yet, we have a storage room where you can leave your luggage while you are exploring the city.

At what time do we need to check out?

Check out time is 12pm (11 am during July). If you are leaving Karlskrona later, we have a storage room where you can leave your luggage before departing.

Is there a parking in the hotel?

The hotel has an underground parking onsite and the fee is SEK 225 per 24 hours. 

Do you have smoking rooms?

The hotel is fully non-smoking.

 Can I bring my pet to the hotel?

Pets are allowed in the hotel but maximum 2 per room.

Can my kid sleep in my room?

Children under 12 years old can stay free of charge if sleeping in the same bed. Rollaway beds are available in certain rooms upon request and for a fee.
